Devpost Deadlines

10AM PST, March 28th: Start a Devpost Submission

You must submit your project to hackor.devpost.com before 10:00 PM PST on Saturday, March 27, 2021, to be eligible to enter your project.

Note that this is one day prior the end of the HackOR hackathon. This is so that we can start organizing the list of submitted projects for judging.

You may continue to edit your Devpost submission until the end of the HackOR competition at 2:00PM PST, March 28, 2021.

2PM PST, March 28th: Deadline for Editing the Devpost Submission

All code for your project must be written between 2:00 PM PST on Friday, March 26, 2021, and 2:00 PM PST on Sunday, March 28, 2021. Failure to do so will result in the removal of your project for HackOR and a potential blacklist in future hackathons.

You may not edit your Devpost after 2PM PST: even if you do, the edits made in your code or devpost submission will not be considered by our judges.

A Devpost Submission has these main components:

Must-have

• Project Name
• Tagline/Elevator Pitch
• About the Project
• Video demo link (<2 minutes in length): remember to upload these to Youtube beforehand!
• Link to Source Code that is public throughout the duration of HackOR (Public Github Repository, Google Drive link, etc)
• Which categories are you submitting to? See HackOR Categories & Sponsored Prizes for more info

Optional

• Image Gallery: Photos and/or Screenshots of the project
• "Try it out" links: Demo of your project. Optional, but a really good bonus! This can be a deployed application or half finished demo: something tangible that the judges can see and play around with
